Meet The Leadership
Tarun built Ex3 Set Go on a simple conviction: that many small businesses do not fail because they lack ambition, but because they struggle to translate ideas into clear strategies, repeatable behaviours, and consistent execution.
With a Master's in a behavioral science field and an MBA, he spent several years in pharma consulting studying how people, markets, and stakeholders make decisions before turning that lens toward helping growing businesses move with greater clarity.
He is the architect of Ex3’s proprietary frameworks, including the SPACE Framework and Behavioral Archetype System, which now support the company’s approach to behavioural management, strategy design, and execution.
Beyond consulting, Tarun is a published author, a habit science educator, and the creator of Habit Hacking with Tarun, a content platform dedicated to making behavioral psychology practical and accessible.
He has given workshops at Delhi University and written across consumer psychology, habit science, and professional development. At Ex3, he leads vision, partnerships, behavioural strategy, and client advisory.
Sonal is the operational backbone of Ex3 Set Go. A silver medalist from VIT Vellore, where she completed her MCA, she came from nearly four years in the IT industry before making a deliberate transition into operations and technology management. That combination - technical rigor plus hands-on operational experience - makes her unusually well-suited to running a company where logistics, platforms, and real-time execution all have to work in sync.
At Ex3, Sonal owns the systems and structures that make ambitious ideas executable. She manages operations, vendor coordination, technology infrastructure, and the processes that keep the company running without friction.
If Tarun works on the strategies, Sonal ensures it actually happens - at the right quality, on time, every time.
Her transition from IT to consulting reflects the same philosophy Ex3 is built on: that precision and creativity are not opposites.
